Friday Online College Fairs provide a place for making first contact with colleges. These regular events provide teachers a monitored
college prep exercise while giving students an opportunity to learn how to
effectively interact with admission reps.
College Broadcast Network presents admission teams to
an interactive audience of students, parents and/or teachers, providing an
opportunity for colleges to conduct informative Q&A meetings simultaneously
with dozens of classrooms in multiple locations while never leaving their desk.
Teachers can moderate these events, demonstrating how to interview colleges for
determining their suitability for each student.
My Student Portfolio is an online, self-managed
presentation page where students can present both their academic and
extra-curricular accomplishments. A precusor to formal applications, portfolios
give students an ongoing exercise for learning how to present their talents and
accomplishiments as well as their academic standing. Only available to college
admission reps the portfolios aid in determining if an interested student is a
potential candidate. In addition to creating our own services we are centralizing college search tools and and other resource tools that students find college opportunities.
