ePrep guarantees that your composite ACT score will go up by 3
points or more, when you use the Scholar (Standard+) Edition of ePrep for the
ACT as directed. Your score increase will be calculated as
follows:
(Post-ePrep ACT Composite Score) - (Baseline ACT Composite Score) = Your ACT Score Increase
For purposes of the calculation above, your "Baseline ACT
Composite Score" will equal the composite score of your best "actual,
offline, ACT-Corporation administered" ACT (an "actual ACT") that was
taken before the date on which you purchased the Scholar Edition of ePrep
for the ACT. If you purchase the Scholar Edition of ePrep
for the ACT before you have taken an actual ACT, your "Baseline ACT
Composite Score" will equal the composite score of Test 1 of the
Scholar Edition of ePrep for the ACT.
For purposes of the calculation above, your "Post-ePrep ACT
Composite Score" will equal the composite score of the first actual ACT
that you properly complete after you have completed the Scholar
Edition of ePrep for the ACT in its entirety; provided,
however, that such first actual ACT is taken within one week of
completing the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the ACT.
If "Your ACT Score Increase" is not greater than or equal to 3
points, you will be entitled to retake the Premium Edition of ePrep
for the ACT.
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the 3-Point Increase
Guarantee will only apply if you satisfy all of the following
conditions:
- Have a Baseline ACT Composite Score that is lower than 28;
- Complete the ePrep Learning Cycle (test-grade-review) for
each multiple-choice practice test included in the Scholar Edition
of ePrep for the ACT;
- Complete Test 1 in its entirety before completing any
other practice test section;
- Submit the score report of an actual ACT that was taken
prior to your purchase of the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the ACT,
if applicable;
- Submit the score report of the first actual ACT that you
take after completing the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the ACT
in its entirety;
- Claim your right to the guarantee within thirty (30) days
of the date on which you take your first actual ACT after
completing the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the ACT; and
- Submit all supporting documentation to ePrep at the time
you claim your right to the guarantee.
