If "Your ACT Score Increase" is not greater than or equal to 2 points, you will be entitled to retake the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the ACT. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the 2-Point Increase Guarantee will only apply if you satisfy all of the following conditions: Have a Baseline ACT Composite Score that is lower than 28; Complete the ePrep Learning Cycle (test-grade-review) for each multiple-choice practice test included in the Basic Edition of ePrep for the ACT; Complete Test 1 in its entirety before completing any other practice test section; Submit the score report of an actual ACT that was taken prior to your purchase of the Basic Edition of ePrep for the ACT, if applicable; Submit the score report of the first actual ACT that you take after completing the Basic Edition of ePrep for the ACT in its entirety; Claim your right to the guarantee within thirty (30) days of the date on which you take your first actual ACT after completing the Basic Edition of ePrep for the ACT; and Submit all supporting documentation to ePrep at the time you claim your right to the guarantee.
