How do I return an item?
Prepaid College Booth Fees are collected immediately upon approval of custom college booth page. Payment are final and non-refundable. However to satisfy our customers, we reserve the option of extending hosting service credits for additional events.
One Event Booth Fees are invoiced immediately following college fair events and are not refundable.
All ePrep courses are available for 7-day free trials. All purchases of ePrep test courses are final and non-refundable and will expire after designated time period reserved.
